How to Create a Ticket on Zendesk

To submit a ticket in Zendesk, simply login to your account and you will automatically be directed to the home page.

Click ‘Submit a Request’ in the navigation bar.


After you are directed to this page, fill out the Subject of your matter and enter the details of your request below in the Description box. You also have the option to Attach any screen shots that may be helpful to our support team.


Once your request is submitted you can verify it was created by clicking on Check Your Existing Requests on the navigation bar and shortly after you will receive an e-mail confirmation.



Alternatively, you can always just send an e-mail to and a ticket will automatically be generated for you.
